Experiencing Sacred Sleep is like entering a temple of light. Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche provides an opportunity to enter that sacred temple as he guides you, in Track 1, to let go of all worries, all noises and distractions, and all the stories as you completely merge in this pure space. Connect to your body and your heart as you experience a deep sense of comfort, silence, stillness, and quiet. Allow yourself to fully and deeply rest in that space as you fall into the clear light of sleep. Track 2 is a 45-minute sleep track, which can be set to repeat throughout the night if desired.
